About

Hi! I'm Jess.

Product designer focused on enterprise platforms, cybersecurity, fintech, and complex B2B systems.

Currently leading UX strategy across Mastercard's cybersecurity product portfolio, partnering with engineering, product, and domain experts to transform complex workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences.

Over the past decade, I've worked across banking, treasury management, SaaS, healthcare, and cybersecurity, helping organizations simplify complexity, align teams, and deliver measurable customer value.

My work sits at the intersection of design, technology, and business strategy.

I enjoy tackling complex domains where users navigate large amounts of information, make critical decisions, and depend on reliable systems. Whether building design systems, defining platform experiences, or shaping product direction, my focus is always on creating clarity from complexity.

Outside of work, I'm curious about how people learn, collaborate, and interact with technology. I enjoy traveling, photography, reading, exploring new cultures, and spending time by the sea. These experiences often influence how I think about products, accessibility, and human-centered design.
